This has always fascinated me. There really isn't any school that is consistently tops in both Football and hoops. Sure Florida, Michigan, wisky etc have made runs and had success in both but not consistently, and it doesn't last long.
I've always been curious why a big Football school with a large athletic budget just doesn't decide to dominate hoops. The budget for hoops is tiny compared to football, why not throw some money at hoops and own it too?
