I said Clemson would rush for 250 yards and have a 2:1 rush to pass ratio. Just about everyone in the thread disagreed with me. I was obviously horribly wrong.
We rushed for 416 yards on 63 carries (about a 3:1 rush to pass ratio).
Remember in the off-season, Dabo (or someone on the team) carefully pointed out that the last few national champs rushed for somewhere around 210 yards per game. Clemson had been hovering much lower than that, even in our "good" rushing years. Pretty sure we're going to be right on par with that after this week.
Through seven games, this is the best Clemson team I've ever seen. I can only hope that the final result is as good as the official best Clemson team of all-time.
