It seems to me that Jimbo has gotten a little too much credit for FSU's success the last couple years.
Think about this...
BEFORE Famous, FSU was decent, but underachieved based on their talent level
DURING Famous, they won a national title, two ACC titles and had two playoff appearances
AFTER Famous, it looks like they are back to mediocrity on offense
IMO having a Heisman winning QB had a lot more to do with Jimbo/FSU's recent success than some realize.
Kinda like BC before/during/after Matt Ryan or NCSt before/during/after Philip Rivers, etc.
