Paul has been talking with several contacts familiar with Rahshaun Smith's recruiting over the last couple of hours and we expect to have something released tonight. (FYI ... quite a storm swept through the Upstate earlier and it knocked out his power/Internet, but he shared with me who he has spoken with, so he's on it).
