When the protected rivalries were announced for the new ACC and all we had was Florida State, I couldn’t believe it. I thought there was no way the Georgia Tech game would die. NC State too but that one was less surprising and less important to me.
Anyway, I just realized that decision might cost us an ACC title this year. Tiebreaker against Miami goes against us because we lost to Louisville and they beat Louisville. But they lost to GT, who for reasons that are still beyond me we didn’t play.
As always, to hell with this awful conference.
