So now a large portion of the populace will use these events to commit crimes unrelated to the initial event. And then police will be the bad guys and profiling if they try to enforce the laws. It is a crappy circle.

I am amazed at protestors that don't get that police have to keep the upper hand. Who is going to clean up this mess And restore order? It's not going to be the peaceful protestors that were mad at police presence to begin with.

What's just as sad is the bystanders laughing. Who are the real racists? Imagine if a white you had done that to an elderly black with white bystanders laughing and doing nothing.

I said it in another thread, and I'll say it here...this country is headed for another civil war. And this world, the way we live, is unsustainable.
The weak feel strong because the strong have restraint and self control. Once the strong become fed up, and start fighting back, it'll be a massacre.
In some ways, I'm looking forward to it. There's a natural cycle to life. Every ecosystem must be cleansed from time to time to remove the sick, the weak, the dirty, and the dying. Without these natural purges, ebbs and flows if you will, the environment becomes overpopulated, and saturated to the point that everything is at risk. Life itself will not allow that to happen.

I hope every member of the media covering these riots gets assaulted and gets their equipment stolen or destroyed. The only way things are going to change is if the media starts reporting accurate accounts of things that are happening instead of providing cover for racists and criminal activity. If reality starts hitting closer to home, there may be a slight possibility of this happening. More trucking of CNN reporters, please.

This country has never been better. You can be poor; paycheck to paycheck and still have a good, quality life.
Minimum wage won't get you a nice , newer car, granite counter tops, or fancy dinners, but you can absolutely have food every day, a smartphone, and Internet/TV, with a relatively decent home to rent. There are peoples that are content with that.
