remember a thread about this a year or so ago, but coming from upstate SC what is best way to go to pawleys Island? Will be going on Saturday, 8/22, so I know roads will be crowded. Normally go I-26 all the way to Charleston, then up 17 to Georgetown & Pawleys, but with all construction on I-26 just south of Columbia want a better route.
