It is always discussed about limiting elected officials time in an office

I am in favor of limiting years an employee can serve in civil service high paying high decisions jobs where the government employee becomes insulated from the public due to length of service or by stuff such as tenure at colleges

What say you

Any thoughts

Take a bunch of shittily trained employees and change them out every few years. How can that go wrong?

On the government employees I still find it funny my father who worked for the federal government always said that you will be promoted to your highest level of incompetence

Due to incredibly bad performance and not allowing easy firing my dad always said the worse people to get the job done were at the top snd they were always hogging the camera and tv and newspaper to be seen when the lower level employees did the work

If the goal is to cripple government as much as possible and ensure companies can do whatever they want whenever they want, then yes, this will do the trick.

My experience with big companies was more along the lines was that the higher ups spent more time drinking and partying and working with accounting firms on projected earning so they could do the quarterly earning report

I was fairly competent in multiple fields and was usually tied up in big project demands so dealing with management was something I usually had the luxury of avoiding

There was no lie too big to tell employees

I would laugh when CEO guys would sit in a meeting and weave a story that was so fantastic off the wall that a science fiction movie needed to be made off it

I was lucky and fairly successful in just being an engineer and investor

Thank God for that

In the military if you dont make rank on schedule they usually wash you out

the expression is move up or move out

It would be great to have long term well trained committed employees or workers in every field of work in America

Just is not going to happen

@DW4_2016

Hey dude

Been busy with Family issues

Some attention to health

Business

Just enjoying the season

Just to give you some credit and validation YES SOME COMPANIES ARE DILBERT FODDER

I used to read Dilbert and think dam does he have a camera watching the company X I am working with

Busy but hopefully will have some time to share my experiences with my dad as he was a poor but wise guy
I am actually interested in hearing your plan on how to fix this problem.

Any suggestions?

So based on NO REPLY on his plan @DW4_2016 if there exist an alternative to limiting GS Service I will start with one simple start

Called early retirement

Retire out at 30 years work with no ability to contract back into the organization you made the 30 years

Thats a start

Where would you go from there

I'm all for congressional term limits and mandatory retirement age for SCOTUS justices. Not for federal employees
