Handling the rain - tailgate edition

So how did everyone fare with the rain while tailgating? We went with our EZ up canopy and sidewalls. Worked great except for a number of drips from the canopy that started showing up after a while. I guess our canopy is water resistant, not waterproof. Overall we were good.

Any lessons learned that can be passed along to others?
