Has NIL affected Mike Reed in recruiting?

We’ve obviously lost guys due to not promising upfront cash. Luke and Rumph specifically come to mind.

Is Reed making bigger cash promises? I’ve heard PWoods is getting a massive NIL deal to compete with what Bama offered.

Is Reed just our only good recruiter and maybe Eason to an extent? Just seems like Reed doesn’t let NIL affect his guys.
