Help Needed Re: TI Mobile App

I traded in my old smartphone for a new one yesterday and can't find the TI mobile app to download on the new phone. I thought I downloaded the app from the Google Play Store on the old phone but I could be mistaken. Either way I haven't been able to find it again after several searches. Any suggestions?
