Hunter Biden indicted on 3 gun charges

Look at this dancing monkey over here.

Don't look at the fara violations, selling dad's office, false expense reports, and tax evasion among other crimes.

We just want everyone to be treated equally under the law. lol clowns

No you don't. That's laughable.

I'm totally fine with prosecuting and punishing Hunter Biden for his crimes.

Also, you've suddenly become very vocal. Interesting that I've never seen you post, but I've noticed some other posters have suddenly stopped posting? Handle change??

What makes you think we care about Hunter Biden? We understand that's what you clowns care about ONLY because you think it will stain his father. The dude has already been put through the ringer for FIVE YEARS now, including having his private photos and emails spread around the world by you nasty pigs, so we know there will never be enough blood to satisfy you. Trump's loss has turned you MAGAs into desperate, petty fools and now all you care about is revenge. How about just accepting that he lost because America hates him so we don't have to hear about Hunter forever?

Will Joe be the strong anti-gun advocate when it comes to his son? Are all the people on here constantly decrying we need tougher gun laws hoping he gets the 25 yr max sentence for his crimes? OR, are you hoping white privilege takes affect and he gets off with a slap on the wrist.

Not surprising most responses so far have been they expected whataboutisms those same posters so often complain about.

This is sad. Like go ahead and prosecute Hunter Biden. The impeachments of Pres Biden hinge on feelings as their is 0 evidence of any actual crime. He answered the phone when his son called him, while his other son was fighting cancer. Thats all the evidence anyone has right now. Did Hunter Biden try to leverage his fathers influence? Maybe, and if he did, cool, is that a crime? Did Joe Brandon actually give his son and his business partners access to the executive branch? That should be easy to prove, but I'd wager there is 0 evidence. So, at least the republicans will be busy distracting everyone from the fact that their governance continues to injure this country.

  • Do you think we believe you really care about Hunter's gun charges if you didn't just want revenge for prosecuting Trump's much more egregious crimes?
  • Since the majority of actual penalties for these crimes are much lower than the statutory maximums, is there a reason he should get a stiffer sentence than others?
  • We're tired of hearing about this private citizen's problems but surely he's already paid a much higher price than anyone else would and a massive amount of blood has already been drawn "if you were honest". Would driving this man to suicide make you happy or would that still not be enough?

No dummy.

First, you need to lookup the meaning of the word “decry”.

Second, Hunter Biden is trash. Nobody cares what happens to him. If he gets the maximum sentence so be it

Third, what we are doing is not whataboutism. It is just pointing out the stupidity of your excuses for trumps criminal behavior.

I actually do care about his gun charges. Not him, per se, but mainly enforcing the gun laws we have now. That is a large part of the problem -we don't currently do that. In most cases, it is liberal DA's that are dismissing or pleading down gun charges while simultaneously getting in front of cameras asking for more gun restrictions.

See my previous comments. We need tougher sentences for gun crimes.

What price has he paid? Are you a complete idiot? He made millions of dollars selling influence to his dad. I hope I can pay a price like that in the near future. Also hope I can sell some finger paintings I did for $500K.
You are completely detached from reality.

"Some" liberal DA's are too lax on crime and I've spoken out about the ones in LA and San Francisco a few times on here but there's also the issue of jail housing and how we could sustain a a prison system that kept everyone in jail 25 years for buying a gun when they were doing drugs, for example. Do you think that's reasonable? Are you willing to do your part in taxes to make that possible? If not, then you aren't serious but we know that about you already. How about promoting stricter preventative gun laws if you really care?

He's paid the price of having his entire private life put on display for the entire world to see and he'll never have a moment of peace in public for the rest of his life. Money doesn't buy happiness and I know I wouldn't trade my peace for the scrutiny he's been put through. Who else does that happen to?

And just so you know, I take your disapproval of me as a badge of honor

Anyone who is serious about decreasing the number of gun deaths should start where many of those occur. If we kept guns out of the hands of criminals, there would be a significant decline in gun deaths. If that means more criminals in jail for longer, so be it. If you are dumb enough to be carrying a gun during the commission of a crime, I have no sympathy for you.
It make much more sense than focusing on something moronic like the cause of death in a statistically irrelevant number of gun deaths like mass shootings or school shootings. Eliminating all of those barely makes dent in gun deaths. Before you start crying, I am not suggesting the people who die in school/mass shooting are irrelevant - no death is. Only that they make up a statistically irrelevant portion of gun deaths.

Hunter took positions on large corporate boards precisely because the whole world knew who he was. He was enhancing and profiting off of that, trying to maximize it, in fact. You don't do that if your concern/objective is to maximize your privacy. I'm not sure how you fail to realize that. Again, just your lack of understanding of reality.

Fvck dude, talk about being detached from reality...I'm talking about dick pics, doing drugs, sex videos and the like which you're comparing to sitting on the board of Burisma, which would not be embarrassing or illegal.

Just for the record, how do you feel about?
  • Treason
  • Stealing top secret documents and obstructing those attempting to retrieve them
  • Lying for years about something that didn't happen, for instance, a stolen election.
  • RICO
  • Rape
  • Using your FIL's name to extort 2 billion dollars from another country - let's just say a country like Saudi Arabia
Are you as passionate about these things as you are about a drug addict buying a gun?

You're kinda all over the map on this one, but I'll try to respond.

Again, if I am concerned about my privacy, I am not taking dic pics, and making sex videos. I am certainly not giving my laptop with those things on them to someone else.

I feel like those things are bad, just fyi. Who is Biden's FIL?

I am not passionate about drug addicts buying guns. I am passionate about the doj/irs/fbi/and a presidential administration trying to protect that person form scrutiny/prosecution. You should be as well.

Where is the evidence? Why is Joe Biden still president if this evidence exists? One week ago, mccarthy said he was not going to pursue impeachment. Now, after being threatened by trump and the right wing magas, he all of a sudden found the evidence he needed to pursue impeachment one week later?

Come on, man. Use your common sense.

This is a quote from mccarthy in 2015, on how he and his cohorts were successful in politically damaging Hillary Clinton with the Beghazi hearings:
"Everybody thought Hillary Clinton was unbeatable, right? But we put together a Benghazi special committee, a select committee. What are her numbers today? Her numbers are dropping. Why? Because she's untrustable. But no one would have known any of that had happened, had we not fought."

This is the same thing again. They will not produce any evidence that Biden committed a crime. But they will damage him politically, and for sure they convince the mouth breathers that he absolutely committed a crime despite not having evidence.

This should have all been over when GOP's smoking gun witness told them that he was unaware of any crime committed by Joe Biden.

“I have no basis to know if he altered policy to benefit his son. … I have no knowledge,” Archer testified in the closed-door hearing earlier this week.

One of the GOP’s key witnesses in its investigation into the Bidens, Archer told lawmakers that Hunter Biden repeatedly used the Joe Biden “brand” to protect Burisma "so people would be intimidated to mess with them" legally and politically. But he quickly added: "On this line of questioning, I have no, like, proof."

Archer also said that he did not disagree with the conclusion that Hunter Biden’s role on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma had no effect on U.S. foreign policy. And Archer testified that he had no knowledge of any wrongdoing by Joe Biden as it related to his son’s business dealings.

“No, I’m not aware of any,” Archer said during his more than five-hour deposition.

Are you serious about any of this?
He chose to be a public figure as an adult.

Being a part of a famous family, you have a choice to not be a part of the action.

Every one of Dabo’s kids is held to scrutiny. As adults they chose to be part of the Clemson Football action. If Clay chose football isn’t for me (BEFORE ever playing) and the press is still hounding him, we all should attack the press and grant Clay grace.

Ozzy Osbourne’s 3rd kid? We barely know who it is.

Britney Spears is producing trash videos almost daily. We should ignore her? Lindsay Lohan has chosen a more private life for the past decade and acts like a responsible adult and is now treated like one.

Who EVER drops off personal electronic storage information at a 3rd party business and never return to pick it up? The month of April 2019 is fascinating.

On April 12, 2019, Hunter Biden arrived at Mac Isaac's computer repair shop with three damaged devices and asked if the data could be recovered. Days later, Mac Isaac said, he asked Hunter Biden to return to the shop to retrieve the devices and pay an $85 service fee. Mac Isaac has said he never heard back from Hunter Biden, and the invoice was never paid.

On April 25, 2019, former vice president Joe Biden released a video announcing his candidacy in the 2020 Democratic Party presidential primaries.

APRIL, 2019, Hunter Biden’s term of serving on Burisma board ends.

Completely reckless for a million reasons of which 950,000 are quite obvious. Something a person who is a member of a board, transacting international business, handling complex issues and knows his father who he is incredibly close to and using to transact business is trying to become the most important person in the world.

So please…… Barron Trump, Meghan Markle, Britney Spears, the 3rd Osbourne, Lohan, Hunter Biden are properly inspected and covered by the world based upon their choices.

Out of all the fvckin nuts activity that’s taken place in the last 5 years by every human on this planet……. Why would you ever abandon a laptop with a 3rd party? That alone should disqualify you from making your own breakfast.

A drug addict would, that's who.

Listen, I don't disagree that Hunter has done a bunch of dumb shit but I'm pretty sure he wouldn't expect a business owner to sell his hard drive to his father's enemies, regardless of if he failed to pick it up in a reasonable amount of time. My point is, this wouldn't happen to the average person and it shouldn't have happened to him either. Remember, we wouldn't have known any of the salacious details of his "personal" life if not for this shady computer repairman.

Of course you'll receive scrutiny if you're the son of a President but that doesn't mean your personal life should become round the clock international news when you didn't voluntarily share it with anyone. It doesn't matter how unseemly it was, it was still private and shouldn't have been turned into fodder used to help re-elect Trump.

Just like we don't hear much about Steven Ford, Barbara Pierce Bush or Malia Obama, we shouldn't know this much about Hunter Biden. If you want to criticize him for making more money than he deserves fine (though not criminal), but we shouldn't know what his dick looks like and what drugs he does just because you're pissed that Trump lost.

1. I have to remind everyone that I hold very little to no value in either the Pub/Dem parties. Neither one puts the AMERICAN taxpayer first, not even close:
- corporations
- lobbyists
- their party
- people that support their party
- Americans

2. My interest is solely for the protection and BEST leadership of this country.

We cannot have significantly compromised individuals close to the leadership of this country. If Joe said 5-7 years ago that “I love my son, and will continue to do everything to love and support him as a father.” And then separate himself from “work”, fine. But, he’s an emotional concern like most parents but involving oneself in all this business activity to that degree is a political idiocy.

3. If he’s intelligent enough to make money on these capital investments, boards, why does he need his father?
If he’s smart enough to bring the laptop for repair? Is he capable enough to hold up his responsibility to pick it up?
Why in the fvck did he NEVER pick it up? (You can cite drugs all day. Good for you. But denying the required base intelligence to make money and deny the simple action to recover properly after REPEATED attempts is garbage.

4. The business owner gave him ample time to get his property. He also had NO ill intent. He actually gave him 1 of the devices back immediately when he walked in.
And…
The tech expert did note, however, that Biden never returned to collect his devices. After more than a year, he turned the computers over to the FBI.

Joe answered a phone call from his son, thats proof he knows him and therefore we need his financial records to prove he didn't do anything criminal.
