The ACC sued FSU yesterday in Mecklenburg County (NC).

UPDATE: The ACC is filing documents and proposing that the documents remain under seal "because the terms and conditions of the agreements are confidential and constitute a trade secret."
More from the ACC's complaint for declaratory judgment:
"Consequently, as provided by these statutory provisions, because any member institution has standing to bring a claim involving the conference, each member institution also consents to sue and be sued in North Carolina."
