Thomasville NC nursing home. Skilled facility…I was talking about this at brunch with mother in law and wife’s cousin today in Anderson. Horrible

2 dead and 1 in critical condition. First thing my wife’s cousin said who happens to work in a skilled facility was “I bet the 3 were not even nurses. Probably CNAs”

I was not sure if accurate but wouldn’t surprise me

My wife just told me there’s an investigation underway but the three employees WERE:
1- LPN
2- CNA’s

The cousin was close.....
