If you are not shredding your own cheese off the block

You are doing cheese wrong. Pre shredded bagged cheese is the worst. How do people eat that crap? Are you so busy you cant run a fresh block across some steel to make magic? Or do you just prefer your cheese to be hard and dusted with preservative agents?

OP is just scared to say this to his wife so it’s our duty as his TI brethren to let him vent. He’s probably been holding this in since dinner last night.

.... and he’s totally right, fresh shredded cheese IS way better
 
Sargento is ok. But it still doesn’t compare to freshly shredded off the block.
Cheese makes you fat, OP. Can’t be keeping your TI bod and covering your carbs in dairy. The best part is after you wasted a bunch of time shredding your on cheese to cover your pasta and $3 sauce, you washed it down with a vintage ‘16 Kendall Jackson Reserve Cab. Well done.
