Is anyone else having really slow Data with Verizon?

My Internet with spectrum is out, but I was hoping to use my phone as a hot spot to stream the game tomorrow night. My data is super slow right now with Verizon. I assume it's the storm, but wanted to see if anyone else is seeing the same issue.
