It seems to me that he HAS to be waiting on a guy that's still in the CWS. Would you not have had some conversation with the guy to be sure he was at least ready to say yes? Who does it have to be? Most people are saying there is NO way Sully would come back. But I don't believe for a sec that Monty would not say no the the job even if he was our second choice.
