Offense and defense... just emotionless. No hype, no fight, just going through the motions. Not a single "dog" on either side of the ball. Very boring and monotone.
Also, Grisham has to go. I like the guy, but his group completely shit the bed today. Cade didn't play outstanding, but from what I have seen over the TV coverage, he hasn't had many guys to throw to for the majority of the game. Add in all of the WTF are you doing plays by the WRs and ... well, I don't even know what to say to that except that's all on Grisham.
Add in just some bizarre calls from Riley and coaching decisions and this team has a lot of growing up to do between now and December.
Thankfully this is only game 1 so the guys have a lot of time to grow up, but they're a long way away from being a top team.
