Remind anybody about the 12 inch snow the upstate was suppose to get last winter. The way the weather channel is describing it is that a catastrophic, historical, narrow band of heavy rain is going to extend from Charleston to the upstate. Are these the same models that predicted 12 inches of snow last winter?
