And the expectation is you keep the current roster intact and sign the 2018 class, but the current college football landscape and parameters are in place.

Keep in mind, I want and expect every piece of the roster. I also expect 6 of the top 30 HS recruits and 7 of the top 50, including a once in a lifetime ready made QB. I want a returning experience QB and another 4 star as my third stringer.

I just expect 3 first rounders to return on the DL and XT onboard.

I want all the secondary talent as well.

Feaster and Choice need to be my options at RB behind ETN.

All of Tee, Amari, Renfrow and the role players stay with Ross coming onboard, along with DK.

We sign a 5 star OL out of Ohio and Mitch and the boys stay.

What does it cost and can we even afford it?

My answer is no. Sometimes it’s hard to accept you’re the poor person at the party, but I’m not convinced Dabo simply doesn’t want to play ball. We can’t afford an Ohio State or Georgia roster and Dabo is doing what he can with the $ we have.

When a poster says “BS, we can afford a top HS DT or transfer.” That statement may be true but is it true if you have to sign both and retain Peter Woods?

Champagne taste and beer money. Someone with more intel will have to convince me otherwise but I’m not buying our talent problem is just stubborn old Dabo.
