And? Neither one of them is a socialist. In fact, they’d both be considered rather conservative if they were running for office in places like Germany, Austria or the Netherlands. Take it from someone who has studied the subject and who has lived in a former Eastern Bloc country — the policies of Biden/Harris don’t even sniff socialism. Neither healthcare nor college will be made free for everyone, nor will our country suddenly start enforcing a one-car-per-family policy, with everyone having to purchase a black Trabant. But hey, hyperbole and fear of “the other” is all the rage these days, so don’t mind me.

She didn’t steal any votes. I voted because I was voting for Jorgensen. If there wasn’t a candidate I agree with I wouldn’t vote. Luckily I’m in GA so my vote is important.
If Biden does win, and if the Reps keep the Senate, then the only real question for the next 2 years will be how long until Biden is removed from office for Harris to take over. We all know it.

Astute take and agree! Any votes for comrade Jorgenson is essentially a vote for Harris/Biden and serfdom. I can't believe how short-sighted these "principled" folk are. Their "principles" will ultimately strangle our freedom and suppress our voices. I wish I were wrong. But, I'm not.

Yes, a legitimate question. Thanks for asking. There are meaningful short/near-term ways where Harris/Biden would suppress freedoms and voices of dissent through: expansion of hate speech to marginalize those with legitimate differences of opinion; severely restricting gun rights; encouraging further censorship of dissenting voices in media, social media platforms, and college campuses; levying significantly higher taxes on individuals, families, and businesses which ultimately abridge freedoms; expansion of picking winners based on skin color, sexual orientation at the expense of others who may be more economically challenged (affirmative action); encouraging more illegal immigration at the expense of law abiding legal US citizens, greencard holders, etc. I could go on.
Long-term would be an expansion of the aforementioned and government in general. Bottom line, the bigger government gets, ultimately, the less freedom we all have. Government is the ultimate power that must always be checked. And, the more we inch closer to socialism, the more unbridled power we give the government and their agents. The irony here is that a libertarian should understand this concept and have the ability to make a pragmatic choice to preserve our freedom. Casting a protest ballot is not one of those practical solutions.

Biden IS NOT banning fracking - he's just banning it on public lands. But besides that, only a small percentage of natural gas is used for transportation purposes, so even if it fracking were banned, it wouldn't add to your gas bill. Having said that, I'd gladly pay $6.00 a gallon to get rid of that special needs cantaloupe.
no we just use natural gas for unimportant things like heating out homes, cooking food and generating electricity

But when political scientists study third-party voting, they often find out that the major party loser would not have won all of the votes that went to the third party candidate. Just to play devils advocate here, isn't it a little suspicious that R's outperformed D's almost across the board and the Presidential votes don't reflect that? I mean in MI there were 138K votes for Biden and 0 for Trump, while the R senator candidate is/was still winning. I get some R's aren't going to vote for Trump but not in those kind of numbers.
To be clear, it doesn't matter. The election is over, its just suspicious to me. I imagine Trump will take it to court but I doubt there is any way they can prove fraud, and if they get a re-count there aren't enough votes to overturn.

You believe Politifact? Who fact checks them again? Either way It's pretty stunning that the numbers changed so much in so few votes overnight. I'm indifferent, I hate both candidates, I just think its suspicious.
& like I said earlier, it doesn't matter the election is over. Trump can't win unless they have some kind of evidence to prove in court which (as I said earlier) I don't think they have.
