My father in law got a phone call this week to wish him a happy 70th birthday. The call came from one Steve Spurrier. Father in law is a gamecock fan. He got to talking to my father in law about how they are the same age and things that they have seen/done in life. About a 30 minute conversation.
Take this for what its worth, but.....he told my father in law his intentions are to tell his team he is retiring the Sunday before they play Clemson. Just passing this along and did not know if anyone else had heard these rumblings.
