There have been cities set on fire for much less.
All nonviolent J6'ers should be released one day one. The rest there needs to be a review of events and punishment should match the crime...
YES! Not to mention Matthew Graves (among others) should be occupying one of the jail cells where J6ers are currently housed.
This whole ordeal has been a travesty of our justice system. These folks who have been jailed (unlawfully imprisoned IMO), in most cases for trespassing, is just incomprehensible to me. In many cases their rights as citizens of this country have been violated. They should be able to sue for these abuses, but not against the USGov't.
Why should our tax dollars continue to be used to "run cover" for these POS people? They should be able to sue the people who oversaw these atrocities. There is a reason the federal conviction rate is almost 100% (99.8 from what I saw). They don't care how much money they spend, because it's not "their" money.
I hope DJT has a plan to fix this kind of abuse, and much to the Demonrats chagrin, I think he does. This kind of shit should not be allowed in this country.
