Knee advice

54 yr old with medial and some posterior meniscus removed Dec 2023. No cartiledge on femur and tibia on this same side as well. Arthritis. Was super active before playing tennis, pickleball and golf. I can barely walk well now. Took another MRI this past week with no new significant findings. I just got a crappy knee. Opinions of partial knee surgeries and how long and well they have done vs full knee replacement
