I prefer any candidate I vote for to have real world experience, and not a school book only education, without ever actually creating or operating a thing.

Bobert isn't the brightest bulb in the lamp but that was a stupid line of questioning. I take that as her trying to decide how the second question relates to the first.
That's the point. The 2nd question didn't apply to the 1st but it was obvious that she didn't know that because she didn't know what the 19th amendment was.
