Clearly no man should ever punch a woman in the face unless he is saving a life, i.e. the woman is armed and attacking someone. But, in this day of gender equity, does the fact that the woman threw the first punch exonerate the quarterback? Or does it cause the woman to be subject to the same criminal charges as the young man?
