Same argument when I started out almost 50 years ago. It's total fvcking bullshit. Save. Work multiple jobs. Shit....I was getting paid under $3.00 an hour. I also worked 2 other part time jobs. Cut, chopped and sold firewood as another seasonal source of income. Took over two years, but we had a nice down payment and bought a 100+ year old house...while raising 2 very young children.
My children are Millenials. My kids aren't lazy. Go eat at SummaJoes in downtown Anderson. Summer is a Clemson grad....and my daughter. Nope..not lazy. And my son is just as successful on his playing field.....with his son a JR at Clemson. Both Millennials. Both bitch about lazy workers that are their "peers".
And Whoopi was a Millennial heroine a cup of coffee ago.
