What a POS that reporter is. That was one deep breath by Pence before he gave a very measured response. It’s people like that reporter that are making things worse. A lot of the key political people on both sides are on tape like a month ago underestimating the severity of this. It’s about what we can do now, and reporters like that are unhelpful and a waste of the VP’s breath.

Why would that then mean that it’s wrong for the reporter to ask the Vice President about federal response? Why would it then mean that it’s not proper to ask the man put in charge of America’s response about America’s response?
Your logic seems to be that since people on both sides downplayed it then the people in charge of the federal response to the virus should not have to be held accountable for the federal response to the virus or lack thereof.
So even if your logic wasn’t based on a false premise, it still falls through.

So you’re making 2 different, unrelated points. The question had absolutely nothing to do with whether or not other people had downplayed the virus. That’s just something you’re bothered by generally.
The question was snarky and it’s fair to say it wasn’t a professional question and I’d agree with that.
But again you trying to put everyone on a Level field in terms of how they downplayed the virus simply isn’t correct.

The President and his administration (by extension, the VP) continued to downplay the virus well into March and continued to compare it to the flu. The right wing media of course picked up on this and also ran with many “Bush league” reports about the virus.
So one bad question in no way equates to weeks and weeks of the President refusing to act on this.

Of the thousands of Christians that I have known over my lifetime, don't know of any who claim they speak to God via telephone.
