Looked at different CoOps around and executives salaries and trustees salaries are posted. there is a figure and to the right it says "other"

Is this "other" compensation or what. If compensation why isn't it part of the salary?

EXAMPLE #1
SALARY OTHER

(President &) $432,168 $95,400
(Vp Finance) $306,577 $82,713
(Vp Operation) $303,477 $79,587

Not calling out anyone but curious what the "other" income is and where from?

Look at different CoOp salaries and be it Blue Ridge Electric, Laurens Electric, Mid Carolina, Santee, Pee Dee, etc etc

EXAMPLE #2
Key Employees and OfficersBaseRelatedOther
(President &)$401,606$0$156,159
(Cfo)$223,436$0$99,252
(Vp Engineer)$215,000$0$37,025
(Vp Informat)$213,396$0$109,767
(Vp Operati)$182,967$0$110,101
(Vp Member)$181,909$0$108,704

Could it be the monetary value of benefits such as PTO,401k, medical benefits etc.

My company lists my compensation similarly.

I figured this to be the case but some across the state have 55-65% of listed salary in "other" category which seems very high

also amazes me at some of the board/trustee compensations for monthly 1-2 hour meetings
some seem very in line and others seem high
