With President Trump over the NEXT 8 YEARS...

I expect Dabo & co. to make several trips to D.C. over that time span & I'm glad President Trump WILL be there to greet them...

The President NAILED his address tonight by the way...

National Titles & #MAGA for the foreseeable future...

Go Tigers!!!
Go Trump!!!

yes. this is customary for the opposing party. though, under obama, R's took it to a new low but shouting during his speech. SCs own Joe Wilson in fact.
Make no mistake, the Dems planned on doing some shouting last night but President Trump gave them no reason to...

How demoralizing must it have been for the Dems last night?! Take Pelosi for instance...she looks around the chamber & realizes they don't control the House or Senate. We now have a Republican President as well & she's clinging to hope that somehow Trump will get petty or screwup or hang himself in some way that Dems can really take advantage of...
Instead, he gives the best speech of his career & she's gotta be thinking, how in the hell are we gonna spin this?? Or maybe not b/c, let's face it, she's an idiot.

Oh, & nice response from the Democrats as well. You want people to believe you're the party of the future but you appoint a geriatric retired former governor of Kentucky on to give your response?? Where's your next star? Your next Obama?? Seems to me, the Dems are just wondering aimlessly in the wilderness these days.

holy christ... the dems planned on shouting last but didnt because trump was perfect? **** me thats amazing.

My usual "I'm a moderate" statement here.

I thought that the speech was pretty good. It outlined his plans well and he was able for the 1st time that I've ever see to not go "off script" and say something stupid that detracts from all the good stuff he says. Good stuff.

I'm not sure how he's going to do what he says he's going to do. He claims that he's going to increase spending (Military and Infrastructure), lower taxes, not touch Medicare and Social Security, and keep everyone insured with a better plan than the ACA (Obama Care). Plus he's going to put a task force in every government agency to look for savings? I'm no accountant, but I'm not sure how that works out... We'll have to see. It sure sounds good.
