You guys know how I feel about Trump, but I've actually got no issues here. Sure the National Guard is technically under the command of the Governor of the state that they are in, but these guys are a part of the Reserves this country has and there's a reason they get Federalized a bunch.
IMHO, deploying Marines is a TERRIBLE idea even if they are just defending Federal Buildings. This is WELL within the ability of the National Guard to do and using active troops against American Citizens is a BIG black line that we shouldn't cross unless things go really, really badly.

It amazes me the time people spend on here and even more it amazes me with some of the attitudes and patterns of thought.
Just on one subject for example the illegal immigration issue. If the folks on here had an experience where either their family or themselves were victims of the abuses of law and order they would have a different attitude.
Most of these folks seem to be self absorbed narcissistic folks without kindness and humble as a word used to describe them.
Worse is the eyesight problem. Events are in clear view such as the non violent Los Angeles Riots or so claimed by these folks.
Well carry on as there is nothing I can do to help these folks open their minds snd eyes.
Just watching Fox showing the non violent protesters collect their $900 worth of unpaid merchandise along with setting cars on fire, breaking store windows, injuring police, hurting civilians etc.

I would agree having to use active troops is not the best under normal circumstances.
Generally that is a last resort but the circumstances are becoming dire and people cannot coerce the US Government to turn authority over to the illegal immigrant mob

I love him belittling my career. I don't really have any reason to defend myself, but suffice it to say, I manage an eyedr office as a choice. I do quite well, particularly when you add in my salary as a Church employee.
I do what I do because I worked my ass off until I was 40, and realized that life is more than work.
