I am making this for my wife's birthday. I am using potatoes, corn, kielbasa sausage, onions etc with Shrimp.
I am hoping someone can give me guidance on how best to NOT overcook the shrimp. I have used different methods in the past (cool water with ice, then cook shrimp, cook shrimp separate), but have not liked any of those approaches.
How do I cook the perfect shrimp for this wonderful recipe.....
