The Post didn't deny the story - it only said it was poorly sourced. FoxNews is where you were led astray.

What makes you so sure that the rapist was undocumented? You came to that conclusion simply because he had a Hispanic name? And since he's been here at least 7 years, this has nothing to do with Biden's policies.

Neither the Ohio or Indiana doctors reported the sexual assault of minor to police: as they are required to by LAW. (You know what laws are right? They are the think that let's us live in a ordered, healthy society.) Why didn't these activist report this? Because they know the girl is undocumented and as a minor, will be reported to ICE. Her parents, if she has some here, will get sweep up too. ICE can then elect to proceed to deport them.

So Biden (or "Some US officials" as CNN called him) ass is now partially covered. He, and all you lib cronies, ran with a "poorly sourced" story because it fit your narrative. Gee, it's not like you've ever done that before.

Did it ever occur to you that the doctors might have been concerned about the girl's privacy? The poor child has already experienced enough trauma for god's sake. It's sickening that Treason TV outed this doctor who now has a target on her head, simply because she didn't comply with the draconian laws the Red states are implementing. No one is denying she crossed state lines to get an abortion. Reports that she HAD to appear to be false. "It drew scrutiny as well from the state attorney general, who said that exceptions to Ohio law would have allowed the girl to obtain an abortion in the state...". Dems don't care that their border policies cause the rape, murder, etc of hundreds of citizens every year, but are somehow outraged at some bs story that AFTER she was RAPED by an ILLLEGAL they thought the state law prohibited her from getting an abortion in that state.
As long as they can get an abortion in less than hour or so, no big deal if our citizens are raped and murdered due to dems insane border rhetoric.

The applicable law allows abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected:
  • “to prevent the death of the pregnant woman” or
  • “to prevent a serious risk of the substantial and irreversible impairment of a major bodily function of the pregnant woman”
in fact, his office was reached out to earlier today to clarify the AG's comments and they haven't gotten back in touch yet. so, per ohio law, yes she did have to leave the state, unless they would claim at 10 year old carrying a child to term before her fetus has fully developed would trigger the 2nd bullet point.

Indeed, the nonpartisan Ohio Legislative Service Commission has reportedly determined that such circumstances don’t automatically qualify for an exception. Chris Geidner shared a letter that Yost’s 2022 Democratic opponent received from an analyst from the commission, Amy Archer. Archer in the letter addresses whether “minor victims of sexual assault are able to receive abortions within Ohio after six weeks gestation.” “No,” she reportedly said, “Ohio’s abortion prohibition applies regardless of the circumstances of conception or the age of the mother.”

First I am going to assume you meant uterus instead of fetus in the bolded above. Second, I imagine the AG interpreted the law to mean that that second bullet point would apply. I am going to take his word as the AG of the state familiar with the laws unless he comes out and says otherwise.
At the very least, we know all the media/dems/potus and certainly the morons on this board saying she had to go across state lines are claiming something that they have no proof to be true.
