Haven't made it through the entire thing yet but so far, it looks as if they filled that out after the search warrant.....not before. (IMO)

This affidavit spells out exactly what many of us have been saying. Trump broke the law, he knew that what he was doing was wrong, and the DOJ had no choice but to execute a search warrant to remove the documents "that don't belong to him".
Also, his comments are insane. Does he not understand at all how a Search Warrant works? Don't break laws and they don't search your residence.

I like I said, I haven't read it in granular fashion but that was my opinion, didn't say it was gospel but it reads as if it was written after. You can form your own opinion of course, which clearly you have already.
A few points though
They acknowledge that he had presidential privilege in the document which gives him access to all of the papers while president so the dispute is about how he handled them after his presidency? That's literally absurd. The gripe appears not to be whether he should possess the docs but whether or not they are in a secure room. Reads as if NARA instructed the DOJ/FBI to raid his house.
No mention of the safe being probable cause and it's not listed anywhere in the document as a place to search, so you've just infringed on his rights by breaking into it. Will come up in court.
Also mentions the FBI searched the boxes handed back as part of the subpoena but doesn't articulate if they used a special team to ensure attorney client privilege wasn't violated in the process. Means he's going to get a mistrial if any non-liberally biased judge hears the case, or at least he should anyway. Odds are low of that happening if tried in DC......
There is no criminal intent shown in the document. Lots of probable cause statements but no indication of proof of probable cause.
Maybe the real damning stuff is in the redacted part?

First point is that post presidency, he had no rights to these documents. They are the property of the Government and handled by the Federal Archive group.
Second point, the affidavit literally talks about a second team that was used to inspect documents that had potential Client /attorney privilege before being collected by the FBI.
Most of what is shown is that he did none of what was requested, and continued to have possession of Classified information in areas of Mar a Lago that were not approved or allowed for these documents.
He keeps screaming about how he was "attacked, and raided" and it appears that they gave him ample Opportunity to return these documents LIKE EVERY OTHER FORMER PREAIDENT HAS DONE!

Outside of names what else are they hiding? Thats the real question.
