i've given Mr. Trump a series of resets... i gave him one after the primaries, gave him one after the general election and gave him one after the transition, each time he laughed at the notion he'd change and pointed to his electoral college win which he incorrectly stated was a wide margin.
i thought President GWB was an idiot, I voted against Obama twice, but in neither presidency did i ever feel my wallet or my freedoms were slightly threatened.
the incompetence of this president and his lack of general knowledge of what presidents do and how governments work is baffling. and as the far right starts to bring up the alternative I'd like it to be known that not 24 hours ago i was chewing out my liberal friends telling them that i told them 2 years ago to find a better alternative than Clinton... i realize part of the problem is the dems didn't give the pubs any good way out, they offered nothing in return for crossing the aisle.

The weakness of Jeb Bush and long drawn out primary made a unique landscape for this cluster f*ck to happen. I think if we had ranked voting in the primary Kasich or Rubio would have won. The electoral map would be significantly different, but in the end it would have been Virginia / Nevada and not Michigan, Wisc, Penn, that tipped the scales.
The fact that the choice was Clinton or Trump and that the far right and far left wings of the party have so much power is the problem.
