And a lawsuit by Daniels herself for withholding money from her book. Hopefully the federal charges will bring additional time, but leave it to a lenient liberal judge to sentence him to 30 months to run concurrently.

Yeah he might get concurrent sentences, although I’m a little surprised he’s not trying to take a plea deal on it that would almost guarantee reduced sentences.

But 30 months is a long time to be in jail. Personally I think the only people that should be spending multiple years in prison are violent offenders who have shown they cannot be trusted to be a part of society. The bar is way too low in the US for stripping someone of their freedom for extended periods of time, IMO.

30 months may be a long time, but remember he will be in a federal prison, which although still prison, will be much more "comfy" than a state prison like CCI. Bet he'll be out in 20 months which is not a long time for the crime IMO.
