Update: We've been told that Cooper is strongly looking at playing down a level so he can be immediately eligibile.
Larry posted below that his guess would be Jacksonville State, and I have likewise been told they are an option by a source close to Cooper. Of course, Clemson has connections there from defensive line coach Todd Bates, and Jacksonville State's QB coach is former Clemson QB Cole Stoudt.
