My wife has been a coach's wife for 38 years. Her job is unbelievably hard because of my occupation. She has raised our kids a great deal on her own as I coached other people's kids (and for a few years our kids which was very hard on both of us) year around in football, basketball, baseball, and track, had a teaching career of her won because coaching in high school doesn't pay Dabo Swinney money (not even Dabo's yard man's money), and bit her tongue when her husband was crucified by the crowd anytime their child wasn't playing as much as they should or the team wasn't doing well (except for a couple of times when w\she ran out of tongue to bite). To her and all other coaches wives, I say a sincere Happy Mother's Day and may God bless you for the special person you are!!!
