Seems there's a lot that goes into this kind of decision.
For those of you who have a bit of experience here, what's the biggest gotchas to look out for?
I'm looking at used MHs <$70k and there's a boatload of options nearby (upstate).
I'll be doing some cross country trips with it as well as several month-long stays in various spots before eventually parking it on some land and living out of it while building a home.
