Last month we closed on a house in Old Village, and we want to add a pool house to the property. It’s a large lot, so no issues with build site. Budget should not be a issue either.
Over two weeks ago, we had an architect visit the property and talked about what we wanted. We were told a proposal contact would be coming in a few days. We’ve received nothing and no response to our emails or phone calls. I going to give it a few more days to see if something happens.
If I need to start over, I would appreciate recommendations on any architects that might be interested in a pool house project. I realize that small jobs are not the priority of most firms/practitioners. However, pool houses are frequently added to existing properties, so somebody must be taking on these projects.
