Has been seen in the Liberty area. I'm sure I heard it about 3 weeks ago about 10 o'clock one night. The woods behind our house connects to the wildlife refuge at the rock quarry. It was noticeable louder than a regular cat. What was strange is we have 2 German Shepherds and one rottweiler that would usually bark,growl,and bite but they wasn't making a sound. Pickens county sheriff department has put a warning to be alert with children outside and animals. And not to wear ear phone's outside if working so you can hear it coming. I'd rather not hear it coming cause really what difference would it make.
