Im on my phone so this will be brief. I'll let others go into more details, but I will share a few thoughts:
1. Our defense is better than anyone believes. We have players, I mean at every level.
2. I was lucky enough to have all access, and Brent Venables coaches every second. He is fun to watch and gets on them for every small detail. The entire defensive staff is top notch, and intense. We are blessed with this staff.
3. Boulware was kicked out for fighting.
4. Watson looks healthy. You wouldn't even know he has been injured by the way he moves.
5. Offense still has some work to do.
6. Jalen Williams is a player. He was making plays all over the field. I believe he is 2nd team Will.
7. No major injuries. TJ Green turned an ankle but looked ok.
Want to add that I was really impressed with TJ Green at safety. He is physical and had an INT today. He was first team strong safety. Also, Garrett Williams looked good at TE. He could play this year.
