Need help getting people in for tailgate at NCSU...

Long story short, we are having a 21st birthday celebration for our great-nephew (Clemson student) at the NCSU game. His grandparents want to come to the tailgate but not the game. Since it is a noon game, I was hoping to do the tailgate after we beat the wolfpuppies. We park at Riggs.

Any suggestions for getting them in during the 3rd/4th quarter to somewhere walkable to Riggs? When do they reverse the traffic flow?
