The only one of consequence is a 15 yard penalty for pulling players off of a pile after a fumble. That's a good rule IMO. There's also a 10 second run off if a defenders helmet comes off during the last minute of a half, but I assume that only happens if the offensive team is winning the game.
Biggest thing was a nonchange, the ineligible receiver downfield will remain the same as always. The refs will just try to do a better job of calling it correctly.
