@Larry_Williams
I'm curious to know how Clemson (or other schools) are handling NIL/money with athletes and if the school or the collective are issuing contracts? I recall hearing the word "contract" thrown around previously in articles. But considering the Nico saga at Tennessee, I'm curious if someone like Nico (1) didn't have a contract; (2) didn't honor the contract and demanded more money, and would the school have any recourse here against Nico?; (3) were there loose provisions in the contract that would allow a renegotiation?
I just can't imagine giving kids millions of dollars without some kind of protection from a contract (i.e. Juice Wells at UofSC).
