Non Power 5 conference should form Mega 20 team conference

I think there is a great opportunity for the Non Power 5 conferences to come together and make a 6th power conference. Together they could really collect a much higher TV deal and some competitive football and basketball leagues overall. They could play 9 leagues games on their side of the conference and then 3 OOC games or mix in some games from the West. They could encompass FL, NC, OH, MD, CA, and TX as recruiting states and would be the ONLY conference to have the top 3 recruiting states as part of their footprint.
