From all the posters and C,L,P calling him a stud after the first game... I'm not getting it. Did he perform okay? Yeah. Was it more impressive than usual because he's a true freshman? Yeah... But to compare him to Sammy or even CJ as a freshman... I just don't see it. I didn't see anything from him with the ball in his hands that made him special. Sammy, CJ... Those were studs. Artavis, RR... granted it was only one game, but the elite level praise for them just isn't justified for me. Love those guys and happy to have them, but the excessive praise as though they're on that same level, I don't get it.
