Vandy is a SCRAPPY bunch that is intimidated by NO ONE. They could have won that game last night had they played smarter. If they continue to improve, avoid key injuries and get a break or two, they will not only beat carolina, they may avoid the sec east cellar and get to a bowl game. Wouldbn't it be awesome to see carolina go 0-8 in the sec this year?
Vandy's coach has somehow inspired them to believe they belong in the sec. Their D front 7 gave ole miss all they wanted, and then some! Ther running game is deceptively good and their QB is learning to pass the ball.
caroina has this game circled as an automatic win. If Vandy can duplicate their effort give against uga and ole miss, they will absolutely nail carolina.
They should handle Middle TN next week in what should be a good test case game to correct mistakes prior to having 2 weeks to prepare prior to visiting columbia.
