Man Who Shot Congressman Had History of Anger, Anti-GOP Views

James T. Hodgkinson, the gunman who targeted Republican lawmakers in a shooting spree, was a 66-year-old home inspector from Illinois who belonged to anti-GOP groups, according to his apparent Facebook page.
