what would be interesting would be an economic analysis of what does more damage to society, stigmas associated with labels like 'felon' and 'convict' or preventable injury to business incurred due to the discontinuation of those terms (represented by a delta in injury from non convict employees)

Many liberals, with their ahistoric understanding of both the establishment and free exercise clauses of the First Amendment, are more upset with the fact that some prisoners are exposed to faith-based rehabilitation programs than they are the higher recidivism rates among prisoners who aren't.
